To provide our residents with a family value environment, all of our staff are employed directly by the Glen and have previous experiences looking after older people in a care environment. This gives our residents the confidence that our staff have an understanding of their needs which can sometimes be quite complex as well as ensuring we retain a continuity of care for all our residents.
